High-specificity antibody for GAT-2 detection with strong immunolabeling in rat retina and leptomeninges using biotin/avidin-HRP and immunofluorescence. Recommended dilution: 1:500–1:1000 in PBS/0.3% Triton X-100. Staining is completely blocked by preadsorption with synthetic rat GAT-2 (594–602), confirming specificity.
