FNC Coating Mix®, 100mL

FNC Coating Mix® is a specially designed serum-free reagent for tissue culture that contains fibronectin, collagen, and albumin to promote enhanced adhesion of adherent cells onto plastic flasks or microplates. Its unique composition forms an extracellular matrix that significantly boosts the speed and efficiency of cell attachment to plastic surfaces. This coating particularly supports rapid monolayer development, which is especially beneficial for delicate cell types such as human prostate and breast epithelial cells. Mammalian cells cultured on FNC-coated plastic show improved attachment and growth when maintained in suitable serum-free media.
